The Mystery of Myoli Beach, Sedgefield, South Africa.
On the 18th of April 2018 Marie Ostbo mysteriously disappeared soon after having arrived at the backpackers situated close to this beautiful beach. Notwithstanding an intensive land and sea search by the South African Police Services and NSRI soon after her disappearance, no trace of Marie Ostbo has been found. This comprehensive search has since been called off, which means that we are now totally reliant on information from the public and volunteer organisations for bringing Marie Ostbo home to her family in Norway.
THIS FOUNDATION HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED WITH THE PURPOSE OF GENERATING FUNDS FOR EQUIPMENT AND RESOURCES REQUIRED BY SOUTH AFRICAN VOLUNTEER ORGANIZATIONS, FOR FIRSTLY FINDING AND BRINGING MARIE OSTBO HOME TO HER FAMILY IN NORWAY, AND FOR THE FUTURE SEARCH & RESCUE OF OTHER CHILDREN OR MISSING PERSONS IN SOUTH AFRICA.
